   According to youtube policy january 2018 every channel need following requirements to compile with youtube partner program

to compile with youtube partner now you need four thousand hour watch time and more than one thousand subscribers

previous enable monetization disable!

      those channel do not have more than 4000  watch hours in one year less than one 1000 subscriber monetization no longer enable on those channel.now they have to meet this requirement to get monetization.

if your youtube monetization is suspended

If you determined that your channel is no longer eligible for monetization,your channel will lose access monetization tools and features associated with YouTube Partner Program.

You can keep uploading original content and building your audience on YouTube even if you are not in the YouTube Partner Program. You can re apply to the program  30 to 40 days after suspension.
